    In addition, the seal can advantageously be formed with the wings 5a-b cut obliquely along at least part of its lower edge. This facilitates the insertion of the seal into the jumper under the keyhole.
    The seal is suitably designed so that it occupies the main part of the space delimited by the shackle and the lid underside around the keyhole to sit well secured in position.
    Brief Description of the Figures Fig. 1 shows a cross section through two keyholes with the seal fitted in the shackle under one keyhole. Fig. 2 shows a cross section along A-A along one side F in the seal. In one keyhole a seal 1 according to the invention is arranged. The keyholes are mainly rectangular openings with rounded short ends and a widened middle part in manhole covers for drains and in these a key can be pushed down, turned 90 degrees to grip the underside of the lid 4 and the lid can then be lifted up for maintenance.
    Between the long sides of the keyholes extends on the underside of the manhole cover a stirrup 3. The stirrup comprises two uniform rectangular portions 3a1-3a2 which are fixed on the underside of the cap at the long sides of the keyhole and which extend vertically downwards. On the lower edge of the downwardly directed portions a rectangular intermediate piece 3b is arranged which connects the two downwardly directed portions to each other. The two downwardly directed portions are not arranged immediately next to the long sides of the keyhole but are displaced a bit outwards so as to leave a piece of the underside of the lid exposed between the jumper 3 and the keyhole.
    In the left keyhole of the är gtnien a seal 1 is arranged which comprises a rectangular body. The rectangular body is arranged in the space delimited by the shackle and the part of the underside of the drain well which lies around the keyhole. Since the downwardly directed parts of the shackle are arranged a distance from the edges of the keyhole, there are portions on both sides of the keyhole, where the rectangular body bears against the underside of the manhole cover. In this way, the seal is prevented from coming out of position and pulled up through the keyhole. Since the uppermost surface of the rectangular body is thus abutting the underside of the manhole cover, it does not extend upwards so far that it reaches the upper side of the manhole but there is a manhole cover below. In this way, the risk of cars or clearing vehicles reaching the seal and being able to pull it out of position is minimized.
    The rectangular shaped body extends between the downwardly directed parts 3a1-3a2 of the yoke and is prevented by these from being slid dry in the direction of extension of the yoke, i.e. in the direction from one downwardly directed part 3a1-3a2. The rectangular body rests with its underside on the bracket intermediate piece 3b and is thus prevented from falling into the well.
    Figs. 2 and 3 show partial cross-sections angled 90 degrees from the perspective in fi g. Fig. 2 shows a cross section along A-A along one side of the seal and fi g. 3 shows a cross section along B-B towards the keyhole and one side of the seal.
    I fi g. 2 illustrates how the seal also comprises two downwardly directed wings 5a, b which extend along opposite sides of the lower surface of the rectangular body and are directed downwards. The two wings run along the sides of the bracket spacer and extend a bit below the spacer.
    The wings prevent the seal from being displaced out of position at right angles from the extension direction of the yoke. The figure also illustrates more clearly how the body of the dice rests against the middle part of the stirrup.
    The seal also comprises two through holes 6a-b which extend between the downwardly directed portions of the yoke. The holes give the seal some resilience, which makes it easier when the seal is to be pushed into the bracket space from the side. The resilience also makes it easier to force a key into the keyhole with the seal in place and to rotate it until it extends along the underside of the manhole cover with the seal below the key.
    In the illustrated embodiment, the wings Sa-b and the holes 6a-b thus extend in parallel, which facilitates the production of seals. The seals may be formed of rubber or other elastic material and the seals are typically produced by extrusion.
    F ig. 3 shows how the seal extends to one downward part 3a2 of the yoke and how the wings reach below the middle portion 3b of the yoke. The wings and also obliquely cut at their lower edge so that the seal is forced into the yoke space asymmetrically, the wings strive outwards from the yoke and align the seal so that it ends up symmetrically over the yoke. The oblique cut forms part of a V-shape with the Vzet tip directed upwards.

    Claim 1. An elastic seal for an opening (2) in a screw cap (4), wherein a shackle (3) extends over the underside of the opening, the seal comprising a body intended to be arranged below the key opening and in the shackle. in that the underside of the body has two opposite edges and along these edges wings (Sa-b) extend downwards from the edges.

    An elastic seal according to claim 1, characterized in! that at least one hole (6a-b) extends through the body parallel to the wings (Sa-b).

    An elastic seal according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in! that the wings (Sa-b) along at least part of its lower edge are obliquely cut off.

    An elastic seal according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the yoke comprises downwardly directed parts (3a1-3a2) connected by an intermediate portion (3b), the body having a length substantially corresponding to the distance between the downwardly directed parts (3a1-3a2).
